• How do I get set up when I move in?

  If your community is on eero, you will get an email with eero app and sign-in steps, sent to the address your leasing office has on file. Otherwise, your leasing office gives you the network name and password at move-in.

• How do I give a guest Wi-Fi access?

  Open the eero app and share guest access from there. You can turn it off any time.

• My Wi-Fi is slow. What should I try first?

  Check the Status page for current service notices. If no notice applies to your issue, try restarting your devices. If the problem continues, submit a support ticket or give us a call. We are here to help.

• Does Wi-Fi work at the pool and clubhouse?

  It depends on your community. Some have Wi-Fi in shared areas such as parking lots; your leasing office can tell you what yours covers.
